Cuisine – People who sit at our table have the opportunity to sample and relish our wines and local produce; our cuisine gives you the pleasure of good food and certainly it’s all due to our cusine’s artists. All you will sample is the fruit of our work, from the ever-fresh bread to fragrant oils, different herbs, sauces, creams and pastries which have dainty tastes that catch the eye and delight the palate. Our wish is to accompany you through a trip of tastes, which starts from your habits and goes to regional deliciousnesses, up to international delicacies. We are sure we have already persuaded you, so we just want to say : “enjoy your meal!”
Dining room – Our dining room is located on the first floor of the hotel. It is divided into two communicating rooms, or rather, the main room and a secluded small room. In each room there is a buffet divided into three different areas: one for the homemade bread, sauces and oils for decoration; one for green vegetables; one for cooked vegetables and hors d’oeuvres. The dining room offers a view of the sea, thanks to its enormous windows with opaque panes, and has an efficient air-conditioning system which keeps the perfect temperature also during very hot days.
Buffet - Our buffet has the purpose to amaze our guests. Green and cooked vegetables, hors d’oeuvres, sauces, spiced oils, dressing are all made by our Chef. We continuously replace the empty sectors to affer to you all the range. Our hotel gives a paticular importance to the hot homemade bread. Our Chef makes bread every day and it is served hot from the oven. There is a wide range of bread: white, oil, with olives, bran, spelt, with onions, with potato dough, bread from Ferrara and so on. We are sure you will be sated before sit at the table. And there is no lack of tastinesses coming from foreign countries, for example brown bread, bread with pine kernels and rice rusks. The buffet service is one of the most appreciated and it is beyond the expectations so many of our guests are often sated only with these deliciousnesses.
Menu – Now we are in the most precious area for lovers of good food. Our menu is made in collaboration by the Chef Zedda Elvio and Mr Manuzzi. We revise our menus every year to follow new coovking trends but we never forget traditional tastes and pleasures. Biweekly cyclicity allows you to not to eat the same dish two times. Daily menu, both for lunch and dinner, offers 5 different options of hors d’oeuvres and first dishes and 5 different options of second dishes. In addition, Mr Manuzzi will be glad to advise you about the dessert, choosing it between over 10 daintes.
Special menu - If you want celebrate a particular event or wish something very typical to eat, rely on our Chef and ask for a special menu. You can gain an insight into what we are able to offer looking at the following menu but don’t forget that you can order a personalized menu. Business dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, important dinners or only the desire to relish your favourite dishes? You have only to ask… And don’t forget that our Chef Pâtissier makes cakes expressly for you.
Wine cellar – We have put all our attention and care also in this sector to give you the right flavour to accompany your dishes. Red, white, rosé, vintage, dessert wines. If you read our wine list, you will notice what is the maening of catering service for us.
Cuisine for children – “Dear Chef, today I would like to eat…” – that’s what our little friends say to our Chef. Our menus are alwaysadapted to tastes and wishes of the little ones. Our ingredients are natural and the Chef is always quick to satisfy their wishes. Their happiness is one of our biggest pleasures.
